You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our products are shipped via Australia Post and we offer our customers choice on how they wish their parcel to be sent.

** If you receive a package in an unfit state (ripped, torn or open) do not accept the package. Please take a photo of the damaged package, have the delivery driver return the package to the store and then Contact Us! with the photo and description of the incident.
- Click and Collect: This option is available to customers who intend to physically collect their items from the Lismore Store. This option does not charge postage fees, however, we ask that all items that have been paid for, be collected within 14 days of purchase unless prior arrangement has been organized with Bohotopia Management.
