Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
1) All our products are thoroughly inspected before being packed and shipped to you and we ensure the quality of the items are without defect before it leaves our store. In the event you receive an item that is not of satisfactory condition (Ripped or Damaged) or does not match the description of the product purchased, please get in touch via Contact Us! within 7 days of receiving the item.


*in the event that a customer would like to return a NON Faulty item to be swapped or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for all return postage fees, please include a Pre-Paid satchel with your exchange item.

3) If you receive a package in an unfit state (ripped, torn or open package), do not accept it. Please take a photo of the damaged package, have the delivery driver return the package to the store and then Contact Us! with the photo and description of the incident.

4) Stock Availability:
 All products on our webstore are in stock. In the event however, a customer order contains items that are not in stock, you will be notified by email immediately.
If the customer does not wish to swap the out of stock item for a different Stocked item that falls within the same price range, we will then offer a full refund.




Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, head to Contact Us!  and send us an email at bohotopia9@gmail.com and send your item to: Bohotopia, 103 Keen St, Lismore NSW 2480, Australia.
